Our unlimited group class membership option is for that person looking for facilitated regular workouts that are fast paced, fun, and effective. Small Classes are held Monday through Friday and are structured to provide maximum overall benefit.
We vary the exercises and the time under tension to target: muscular endurance, muscular strength and power and muscular hypertrophy. Varying the fundamental aspects of an exercise reduces the possibility of chronic, repetitive injury and increases the likelihood of results!
Our facility is set up to be different and our HIIT cardio is different. In a workout, you may run 400 metre repeats on the treadmill, hit the Air dynes, or the rowing machines the list is endless. We manage the activity and the work to rest ratio while coaching you through the effort to achieve the results you are looking for.
