Personal Training Advice for Sexy Arms

Strapless gowns, plunging V-necklines, halter style and back interest gowns all show off your arms. Dumbbell plank rows are a great way to tone the entire upper body while additionally working your core. Start with a 5lb to 10lb dumbbell and settle into plank position. Ensure your shoulders are stacked properly over your wrists. Imagine a straight piece of string stretching from the top of your head all the way down to your heels. While keeping your hips square to the ground, lift the right hand dumbbell to chest height while keeping your elbow tight to your side. Release and repeat on the other side to complete one rep. Showcase your sculpted deltoids, biceps and triceps when you say “Cheers!” on during those upcoming wedding toasts!

We really like the effect that Diamond Pushups offer for another arm-tastic exercise! Put the dumbbells down and resume plank position. Make your pointer fingers and thumbs touch on the ground to make a diamond shape. Maintain a straight line from your head to your heels. Bend your elbows slowly along your sides and lower yourself to the ground. Press back into plank position to complete one repetition. Back interest wedding gowns are simply stunning. Defined shoulders and a toned upper and lower back can make all the difference with this dress style. Bent over rows and bent over rows to shoulder press are great options for keeping your upper body fit and firm. Triceps dips using the bathtub or a chair is an excellent exercise you can fit in to your day. Aim for reps of 10 to 15 and work up to 30. Your scapulae and your upper back muscles will be ready for showing off in no time if you work these bursts of concentrated exercises into your daily routine.

Booty Exercises

Try doing some squats and lunges while you brush your teeth morning and night for added bonus. Exercise balls are great to use for toning your gluteus. Lie on your back with your arms flat at your sides and place your heels up on the Swiss exercise ball situated close to your buttocks. Press down with your heels and lift your hips high towards the sky. Extend both legs as you slowly roll the ball away from you in a controlled manner. Squeeze your hamstring muscles and roll the ball in towards your buttocks again. Place your hips back onto the ground to complete one repetition.   

Lateral Jumping Lunges 

Many of our favourite exercise moves maximize a variety of muscle groups simultaneously. If your wedding dress is showing off a little leg with a high slit or shorter style, we recommend lateral jumping lunges to tone those quads, hams, calves and backside. Starting with your right foot, take a large step forward. Ensure your shoulders are aligned squarely over top of your hips. Bend both legs 90 degrees at the knees, as you set your right arm behind you while raising your left arm above. Jump by extending both legs and reverse your arm stance as you jump towards your right. Keep your knees soft for landing and land with your left leg significantly ahead of your right. Prepare to jump back to the left side into your starting position. Congratulations, you have just completed one full rep!
